Terms — Sales Funnel Courses

1. License to use

Upon purchase, we grant you a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the course content for personal or internal business purposes.

All rights not expressly granted are reserved. You may not sublicense, rent, or distribute the content, and automated scraping is prohibited.

Access is tied to your account; sharing login credentials or simultaneous multi-user access is not permitted.

2. Payments

Prices are listed before checkout. You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize us to charge the applicable fees.

Where applicable, taxes will be calculated at checkout. Promotional pricing or coupons may be subject to eligibility and time limits.

If a payment fails, we may suspend access until the balance is settled. Installment plans must be paid in full according to the schedule displayed at purchase.

3. Refund policy

Self-paced courses include a 14-day refund if less than 20% of the content is consumed. Cohort programs may have different terms stated on the program page.

To request a refund, contact support from the purchasing email and include your order ID. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method.

We may deny refunds in cases of abuse, excessive consumption beyond the threshold, or violation of acceptable use.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to share accounts, resell content, reverse-engineer the platform, or engage in behavior that disrupts other learners.

Do not upload or transmit malware, spam, or content that infringes on third-party rights. Automated access (bots, crawlers) is disallowed without written consent.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations. Repeated infringement may result in permanent account closure.

5. Disclaimers and limitations of liability

Courses are educational. We do not guarantee specific financial outcomes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim indirect or consequential damages.

Our total liability for any claim related to the services will not exceed the amount you paid for the course giving rise to the claim.

We provide the content “as is” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

6. Changes

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
